AMB. DR. AKOGWU REUBEN PRAISE, PhD, FCA, FIMC/CMC, TRCN, ACA, DR.AIMFIN

Dr. Akogwu Reuben Praise is a global academic leader, financial strategist, and chartered professional administrator with over 20 years of distinguished experience in higher education governance, professional institute leadership, and the financial services sector. He has made a significant impact in institutional growth, regulatory compliance, professional licensing, curriculum development, and capacity building across Africa and beyond.
He currently serves as the Executive Director and Registrar-General of the Artificial Intelligence Management and Finance Institute (AIMFIN), where he leads global certification standards, professional membership regulation, and international strategic partnerships. Dr. Akogwu has also held notable positions including Registrar of Institut Universitaire La Grâce (IUG-ECOTES) in Benin Republic, Acting President/Director of Studies at ESU–St Clements & Commonwealth University, and Program Coordinator at the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), Nigeria, in addition to earlier professional roles at Union Bank and Polaris Bank (formerly Skye Bank). Academically accomplished, Dr. Akogwu holds a PhD in Accounting, multiple Master’s degrees in Accounting and Business Administration, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting, alongside HND and ND qualifications. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Fellow/Certified Management Consultant, Associate Chartered Accountant (ICAN), Certified Educator (TRCN), Doctoral Fellow of AIMFIN, and a Chartered Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
With core strengths in higher education leadership, financial management, accreditation systems, governance structures, and international academic collaboration, he has contributed to research in financial regulation and educational behaviour studies. Dr. Akogwu is respected for his visionary leadership, policy implementation expertise, stakeholder engagement capability, and commitment to academic and professional excellence.

DR. TIM ATIMOE Ph.D, FMC, CMC, PROF. FAIMFIN

Dr. Tim Atimoe is a distinguished entrepreneur, transformational leader, and global mindset expert dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to unlock peak performance and sustainable success. He is the Lead Facilitator at Timatimoe Consult and Founder of the Timatimoe Empowerment Foundation, where he drives impactful initiatives in leadership development, human capital transformation, and youth empowerment across Africa and beyond.
Dr. Atimoe holds a Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, an MBA in Marketing, and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Azteca University, in addition to an Honorary Doctorate in Leadership and Management from the London Bridge Business School. A Fellow Management Consultant (FMC) and Certified Management Consultant (CMC), he is also a Professorial Fellow of AIMFIN and a Certified Member of the John Maxwell Team. His professional affiliations include the National Speakers Association (USA) and the European Centre for Research Training and Development (UK).
A United Nations World Peace Ambassador, Dr. Atimoe is globally recognized for his contributions to leadership, peacebuilding, and personal transformation. He has spoken across three continents, inspiring audiences on leadership, mindset, and human potential. A prolific thought leader, he has authored five books, developed four online courses, and published widely in international journals. He is also an Accredited NLP Master Practitioner and a Certified Therapist with CTAA.

Uchechukwu Lewis Nwokorie is an education and business development professional dedicated to capacity building, performance enhancement, and sustainable solutions. He currently serves as an Educational Consultant and Business Development Manager at Eh-Led Global Resources Limited, where he drives growth initiatives, strengthens partnerships, and supports improved academic outcomes for students and families.
With a diverse background spanning instructional leadership, private tutoring, research support, and administrative roles, Uchechukwu has positively influenced learners and organizations across multiple sectors. His humanitarian service as an International Peace and Security Ambassador and his volunteer leadership with Lions Clubs International reflect his commitment to community impact and global cooperation.
Uchechukwu is advancing his expertise through a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and Technology Management, building on earlier qualifications in international diplomacy and science education. He remains passionate about innovation, human capacity development, and sustainable systems that improve lives, institutions, and societies.

Engr. (Dr) OGWUCHÉ SUNDAY, BSc, MSc, PhD

Ogwuché Sunday is a highly accomplished Mining Engineer with over eight years of progressive experience in the extraction and management of Lead, Zinc, Lithium, Coal, and Gold resources. He possesses extensive expertise in both surface and underground mining operations, excelling in mine planning, production supervision, equipment optimization, and safety compliance.
He currently serves as Mines Manager at Ozbok Mining Company Limited, Abuja, where he oversees open-pit operations, leads multi-disciplinary teams, ensures achievement of production targets, and drives operational efficiency in alignment with strategic mining plans. His prior leadership roles at Zuma 828 Coal Limited, Royal Salt Limited, and other mining operations underscore his strong capabilities in project execution, team coordination, and resource optimisation.
Ogwuché holds a PhD in Energy & Resource Management, an M.Sc. in Human Resource Management, and a B.Sc. in Geology and Mining. He is certified by prestigious industry bodies including the Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society (NMGS), the Project Management Institute (PMI), and the Council of Mining Engineers and Geoscientists (COMEG).

ROSEMARY ONYEMOWO ADOLE

Rosemary Onyemowo Adole is an accomplished Economist with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Jos and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Lagos. She possesses extensive professional experience spanning public service, education management, and academic teaching. Her career includes roles as Revenue Supervisor with the Lagos Internal Revenue Service, classroom teacher, Head of School, and lecturer in higher institutions, as well as administrative experience in the Registry Department at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.
She has completed multiple research and professional development programs, strengthening her expertise in quantitative analysis, research methods, and educational administration. In addition, she holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the National Open University of Nigeria, supporting her commitment to youth engagement, mentorship, and educational development.
A disciplined, detail-oriented team player, Rosemary is highly motivated, works effectively with minimal supervision, and remains passionate about empowering young people and driving positive impact in every role she occupies.
